THE COMPANY guarantees the security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data provided by applicants, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 003 -2013-JUS and/or its regulatory, complementary, amending, substituting norms and other applicable provisions.
All information provided to THE COMPANY will be incorporated into one or more databases for which THE COMPANY will be the owner and responsible, in accordance with the terms provided by Law.
By attaching and/or delivering the information or documents indicated above, THE APPLICANT grants free, express and unequivocal authorization to THE COMPANY to make use of said personal information, for the qualification, application and entry procedures to THE COMPANY. THE APPLICANT acknowledges and accepts that THE COMPANY may transfer their personal data to its subsidiary companies, affiliates, associates, affiliates or members of the economic group to which it belongs and/or third parties with whom they maintain a contractual relationship. In any case, THE COMPANY guarantees the maintenance of confidentiality and the safe treatment of information in these cases. The use of the Information by the aforementioned companies is limited to the purposes contained in this document.
The privacy policy of THE COMPANY assures THE APPLICANT the exercise of the rights of information, access, updating, inclusion, rectification, deletion or cancellation, opposition and revocation of consent, in the terms established in the Law.
THE COMPANY guarantees confidentiality in the processing of personal data, as well as having adopted the security levels of protection of personal data, installed all means and adopted all technical, organizational and legal measures at its disposal to guarantee the security and avoid alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access to personal data.
